Song of Atlanta ranks as one of the best a cappella choruses among Atlanta women's vocal groups. We are a show chorus dedicated to musical performance as well as education at the highest levels - and we succeed! As members of Sweet Adelines International , Song of Atlanta is a championship chorus dedicated to the art form of four part, a cappella singing through pure barbershop harmony. But we don't stop there: we sing pop, the standards, sacred, jazz, and even country music arrangements. In competitions our singing, creative costumes and choreography are always at the leading edge - ensuring us a continual place among the best Sweet Adelines choruses in the world. We rehearse every Tuesday from 7:30pm to 10:30pm at the Holy Family Catholic Church on Lower Roswell Road in Marietta, GA. Singers travel from as far away as Tennessee, Alabama and Hilton Head, South Carolina to rehearse and perform with us - and we're always seeking new members. We perform regularly around the Atlanta area - with as few as four and as many as over 100 members taking part in these gigs. We've produced four CD's - our latest just released in December of 2005!
